Refund: In order to qualify for a refund the failed item will need to be sent back to us and verified by our engineers. Diagnostic fees and courier expenses are not refundable.
Loss of data: Speedy PCs cannot be held responsible for any loss of data on your system. Please ensure that all required data has been saved by yourself before handing us your system.
Manufacturer Warranty: I confirm that the manufacturer warranty on my computer has expired and I will not hold Speedy PCs responsible for voiding any such warranty due to carrying out works instructed by me. I understand that if my computer is under warranty I should take the computer back to the supplier for any repair under warranty. It is also my responsibility to check which types of works carried out by 3rd parties will invalidate any warranty on my machine.
Damages: Speedy PCs will not be liable for any damages caused to your machine whilst being repaired without prejudice.
Storage and Right of Disposal: Any items not collected after 30 days from the date of Fixed/ Not Fixable/ No Go/ Cancelled Jobs are liable to be charged £10.00 for storage. Any items not collected after 60 days from the date of Fixed/ Not Fixable/ No Go/ Cancelled Jobs are liable to be charged £25.00 for storage. Any items not collected after 90 days from the date of Fixed/ Not Fixable/ No Go/ Cancelled Jobs are liable to be disposed off without any compensation or right of dispute by the customers. Customers are warned of the pending action 30 days before disposal if the goods are not collected within the given time. It is the customerâ€™s responsibility to ensure that they have provided us with their correct email address and phone number.
Diagnostic Charge: A minimum fee of £15.00 will be applied for all diagnostics required. Your repair quote will include this charge at all times.
Deposit: Any deposit left for ordering parts, computers, or components are totally non refundable. Cancellation of an order will result in loss of your deposit and diagnostic charge will also be applied.
Receipt: Machines will not be returned without this receipt. If the customer loses this receipt they will require ID and Proof of Address to collect the machine. The customer will be subject to a £5.00 administration charge if they do not bring their receipt.
Repair Warranty: Speedy PCs only provides warranty on the parts it provides. Unless otherwise stated our Repair Warranty is 30 day return to base. Repair warranty starts from the date the repair was completed, and not when collected by customer.
Authorisation: The customer authorises Speedy PCs to carry out diagnostic work on the machine booked and agrees with the terms and conditions. The customer understands that payment is due in full on collection of the machine.
